Andy had great knowledge of both the housing market and what would make the best impressions on our potential buyers. He guided us through the selling process with ease, coordinating tasks needed from all parties on our behalf (staging vendor, photographer, the buyer's agents, and lawyers). He always knew what needed to be done to move the process forward and worked to make our experience easy and rewarding. Andy came through for me. I needed to rent my condo and was given very little notice to do so since my former tenant informed me less than one month before the end of the lease that she would not renew. Andy did thorough market research on the rents in the building and the area. He suggested the amount of the rent charge. Andy successfully found a credit-worthy tenant in less than one month. Andy really delivers.
Over a lifetime of buying, selling, and renting properties I can attest that Andy is one of the few REALTORS who earns his fees. His thoroughness and attention to detail make the whole process of searching, qualifying, and closing the deal as seamless and easy as possible.
