Andy had great knowledge of both the housing market and what would make the best impressions on our potential buyers. He guided us through the selling process with ease, coordinating tasks needed from all parties on our behalf (staging vendor, photographer, the buyer's agents, and lawyers). He always knew what needed to be done to move the process forward and worked to make our experience easy and rewarding. We had multiple offers in 24 hours with a final sale price well over our asking price, while a neighboring unit in our same building sat on the market for weeks. Andy came through for me. I needed to rent my condo and was given very little notice to do so since my former tenant informed me less than one month before the end of the lease that she would not renew. Andy did thorough market research on the rents in the building and the area. He suggested the amount of the rent charge. Andy successfully found a credit-worthy tenant in less than one month.
